Thanks to the automatic oil filter, you can drain the tub and pump it up again from the filter tray below. Thanks to this system, you save considerably on your oil costs (thanks to regular filtering, your oil will last longer). In addition, this also works very ergonomically and saves you time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the filtration system work?<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the fryer is in use, set the filter program. You wait until the temperature of the oil has dropped to +125 degrees. Too high a temperature is harmful to the filter system and too low a temperature causes the oil to be too thick to pump up properly.<\/p>\n<p>You open the drain valve and the oil falls down through a sieve and then through a paper filter. All crumbs are filtered out. At the same time, you turn on the pump and it pumps the oil back up into the tub.
